Dampen a stiff toothbrush with warm water, dip in baking soda, then scrub the grout lines. Rinse with warm water and dry with cloth. Continue to rinse until you have all baking soda removed.
Rejuvenate makes a white grout restorer marker pen as well.

Once clean make sure you seal your marble and grout. Really helps you not to work so hard, plus protect your marble.
