How do I remove spilled wax from table and laminate floor?
Hot melted wax spilled. Normally I would scrape it, but don't want to damage wood.

When buying a new home we noticed an accumulation of battery acid where the golf cart use to be stored. How do we remove this mess from the floor? Thanks!
You could try using a brown paper bag and then ironing over the spill. The wax soaks onto the bag and removes it off whatever surface it's on. Make sure the iron is hot enough but not overly hot to burn or melt the laminate floor.

Scrape of any solid with a credit card or something plastic. Then lay some brown paper bag over the wax. An iron set to medium and iron the paper.
Before you scrape the wax off the wood and laminate, heat it up a bit with a hairdryer to make it more pliable, it may be easier to scrape off more in one shot and then use the iron hack.
Placing ice on it may make it easier to scrape off.
