Hi Ken,
Check locally to see what companies do water leakage work. If you don't know the companies in your area, I'd suggest asking your neighbors. There is a website that is comprised of neighbors in most areas of the US and I ask my neighbors there who they've used and who they like. Go to http://www.nextdoor.com and register. The system will put you in the correct neighborhood based on your address. Another options online to find a professional is http:///www.homeadvisor.com . Good luck and wishing you the best.
This is world wide site so unless we know where you are it's difficult to makesuggestions follow Linda's advice This site http://www.nextdoor.com is good to get local info. references of companies your neighbors in same zip codes have used and recommend.
