I painted wall n bath tile. Then once dry. Added polyurethane. After a few weeks parts of floor is turning yellow. Floor isn’t crack. It’s fine but color is changing. Not sure what to do. Tile was in good shape just outdated

What kind of poly did you use? Water based or oil based? Also could be a reaction between the paint and poly.

I have found that oil based poly tends to yellow when water based doesn't. Have you tried calling the poly manufacturer? There is usually a number of the back of the can. What brand was it?

If you used the epoxy kits made for painting tile you didn't need the poly, could be reacting. If used oil based, it will yellow but usually takes years. Is the yellowing occurring under a rug or towels left on floor or in direct sun. All of that causes yellowing.

Polyurethane does tend to yellow but not usually that quickly. Maybe the paint wasn't fully cured. Paint usually has a 21 day cure time even after it's dry to the touch. You can tell when it's fully cured if you can't make a dent in it with your fingernail.

I would wait a few weeks and then see how it ends up, you might want to prime and repaint it, then wait for that full cure before you add Poly to it.
