Depending on how deep they are, you can use a damp dishtowel and an iron to steam the wood fibres to come back up. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8e4r2Gyod-I
That might be hard without damaging the rest of the floor but some of the techniques already shared will likely work depending on how deep the dent is.
