Perhaps "shout color catcher", depending on how you got the dye on them. It should work if it's from washing or bleed over.
Try soaking the item in Oxi-Clean for a few hours. If you have dried them in the dryer you may have a problem removing the stain.
If this is a true dye, like Rit, it will probably not come out. If something like red Koolaid or popsickles, I would soak it in Oxyclean and then launder in cold water, do not put through a dryer, it might set the stain more than it already is.
you can buy dye remover products which go in the washing machine, but not had any experience to vouch for them.
