Sprinkle some cayenne pepper around the area they are using to see if this will deter them.

If these cats belong to someone, go talk to the owners about their cats' habits. If they are feral, then attach a motion sensor to a hose, they do not like to get wet. It will spray them when they come near your yard.

talking to neighbors is useless for me. they have cats and i even had to quit filling my bird feeders. they would catch the birds and even get to the babies in the birdhouse. i feel like getting a trap and taking them tp the humane society
