What do you mean by plant recipients? Do you mean the pots the plants are in?

It's probably gnats, you can use a little soapy water in a sprayer.

If it is gnats, you need to repot with new soil and don't reuse the old for anything, garbage it. Clean the pots well, rinse with vinegar to kill the fungal spores that the fungal gnats love to breed in. Gently rinse the plant and roots in tepid water. Rinse the vinegar out of the pot before you repot with the fresh soil.
