Buy a basic table and then tile it. You might need a tile cutter. There are you tube videos on it.
Hi Mary,
It sounds like you saw a project and wanted to ask the creator that question. Hometalk projects are created by members like you and me. Here at the question forum, we help with general questions. So if you wanted to ask the creator that question, you'd need to find the original project. However, I personally think that would be a great project. :) Wishing you the best.
Hi Mary,

Hi Mary. I'm Cindy. You could use stamped tiles for a back splash in the kitchen or bathroom. Or, depending on how many tiles you have, you could put them on the ceiling in any room in your house. My choice would be in the kitchen. Good luck Mary.
TAKE YOU TILES to the hardware store (or store of choice) & find a table where you could lay the tiles down evenly without having to cut them (or the table). Buy some tile glue, a spreading tool, apoxy or clear coat, a thin wood strip for your outer border & some grout. When you arrive back home, place the tiles where you want them & glue them down. Let them sit overnight to set. Then, apply the grout evenly & wipe down so the grout remains in the grooves between the tiles but removes the grout on top of the tiles. Let dry overnight to set. Adhere your border around the outer tiles to the table itself. You could do 2 things now. Spray the tiles with a sealer (keep out moisture & water) OR Apoxy the whole top surface for a glass top shine.
