Pour a pot of boiling hot water down your drain. Put about 1/2 cup baking soda in the drain followed by 1 cup of vinegar and 1 cup hot water. Cover the drain plug to keep the reaction in the drain and let sit for 10 minutes. Rinse with hot water.

Remove as much as possible with a snake or drain cleaning tool. Pour ½ cup baking soda then ½ cup white vinegar in the drain and cover, letting sit for 20 minutes. Boil water, remove cover, and pour water down the drain. You may have to repeat the process.

I always get out my drain snake from the Dollar Tree and remove all the hair and gunk from the drain, then run hot water. I wear rubber gloves. Works everytime.
