Get a bowl of water big enough to put the vase in then add drops of polish in the center keep adding different colors then take a tooth pick and go from the center to out side do that 3 more times them dip vase in bowl if the vase doesn’t get covered the first tile do again

The nail polish gives it a marbled look. Put water in a bowl and add drops of polish. with a skewer, spread the drops around the surface of the water. When you like what you see, dip the vase in and the nail polish will stick to it. Let it dry and admire your work!
