Cut in half and make fire pit or planters or little Fountain ponds if they're clean as she could use them to collect rainwater for watering ( depending on what state you live in because ridiculously it may be against the law or you may have to pay to use it. Insert eye-roll here)
You could again cut him and feel bottom with cement for bases of mailboxes or fence posts or decorations flagpoles anyting. Or you can scrap them for money or post them on Facebook Marketplace or Craigslist somebody might buy them
What was originally inside them?
Planters rain water holiday items.sommer clothes
Can't use for rainwater, and the odor would probably permeate anything put in them.
What was previously stored in these drums? Chemicals? That will limit what you can do with them.
Agree with others who said that if the drums previously contained oil, gasoline or chemicals, they will not be suitable for storing items, or rainwater collection.
