How can I repurpose solar light globes?

I used the solar light portion of these to create hanging lights for my yard but these globes are too pretty to just throw away. I'm looking for ideas on how to repurpose them. I'm sure my Hometalk family will suggest some fabulous ideas.
I have taken my older solar lights and placed them in a wide-mouth mason jar - kind of like an oversized votive.

You're going to get some now! They may not be YOUR globes exactly, but the principle is the same and you are one smart cookie, so I KNOW you will make it work, whatever it is ;)
What about using tealights inside the solar light shades?

How about lining the walkway during Halloween and Christmas by adding candles in them, your guest will love them. Just a thought.
Recently, I made a pair of cloches using two solar shades that were left over from another project. I used retro/antique look drawer pulls for handles and miscellaneous jewelry findings and a few faux jem stones to complete the look.
