How do I get rid of a creeping palm disrupting the house foundation?
I have a Ca palm that has grown right next to foundation and got bigger as water line right next to it.. I am not there so did not get it out right away.. how do I kill it?

Cut it down and in the stump take out as much as you can either by drilling and/or scooping out, in that deep as possible cavity add a mixture of 1 gallon of vinegar and 1 cup of salt. This should be done on a series of days when there is no rain and as dry as possible.

Cut down to stump. Drill lots of holes into the stump, add rock salt (like used to make ice cream, or put on ice to melt it), and 5% white vinegar into the holes. Add vinegar and salt periodically.
