How do I fix the deep scratches on my bamboo floor?
If not deep they sell pens and crayons for furniture and flooring.
We have light bamboo. Easily scratches and I got the pens but they just created a mark. Bamboo is sealed with some that easily marks. I used Bona floor restorer and it worked for a while. But that ended up scratching. We are going to screen it lightly, a very light sending, and then add a couple layers of matte poly. Love them, but not the easiest floors to keep from getting damaged.
I always thought that bamboo was the strongest material to use for flooring so Im surprised at the comments. They always advertise how strong and durable bamboo is. Id contact manufacturers customer service and ask their advice. Better to go straight to who makes it for answers.
