I don't know what you are trying to remove rust on but when I was a kid I always remember my parents soaking the object in vinegar. The rust will eventually come off. For large appliances, I have seen sprays and cleaners at Home Depot.
From what ?
Hi David,
What's rusty?
Begin by scraping the rust with a butter knife. Vacuum all the particles up. Then make a paste with salt and lemon juice. Put it on the rust and walk away. Wait a half-hour and wipe it off. Repeat if necessary. I keep all my garden tools in a bucket full of sand. Doing this will prevent them from ever rusting. Good luck David.
Thank you.
