I am working on a project that involves a thermacol/ styrofoam base and wire and metal screws. What type of glue should I use to glue the metal wire and screws to the thermacol?? Can u share video of similar projects for reference? Thank you.

That's a hard one. Have no idea what you are doing to share a video or give advice. If placing glue into styrophome, many glues will melt it. You'll have to find a glue that isn't a flammable one or contains acetone, like a white glue which isn't very strong.
E6000 Glue
Weldbond
most glues melt styrofoam ( E-6000 pretty much melts and eats right through styrofoam) here are ones that don't The best glues to use on Styrofoam are the actual Styrofoam glues such as UHUStyrofoam glue, Weldbond and 3M 77. Styrofoam glue comes in both tubes and spray. The adhesive spray, like 3M 77, makes creating projects easier and without the mess. With 3M 77, the glue dries fast and provides permanent bonding.
