Just purchase a stretch slip cover.
The easiest and simplest way is to find couch cushion slip covers that fit the size of your large cushions, buy them, and slip them on! If you know how to sew you can make your own simply in any material you like!
Depends how you want to do it. The simplest DIY cover is to use fabric larger than the cushions and tuck and/or pin in place. Sheets, canvas, blankets all work.
The best way is to take each cushion apart and use the existing fabric ad a pattern for new ones.
