Paint Your Bathtub!
I recently did a kitchen sink using a Rustoleum kit. Strong odor but works great.
The epoxy kits work great, just know they will peel if scratched. Would not recommend for a lichen sink. Too easy to scratch with pots and pans, utensils.
Home Depot sells a kit to redo sinks and tubs
Rust-Oleum does make a product that is approved for bathtubs.
