I'm not sure of the name brand of the stove but you must be able to get under the glass top to clean the burns and skuz without getting electrocuted.
Hi Doreen! I use Weiman galss top stove cleaner for my stove. I also use a razon blade to scrape off any sticky residue that won't come off with the cleaner. https://www.wikihow.com/Clean-a-Glass-Top-Stove
I use a scotch brite (affiliate link) pad and a bit of dish soap to clean, then rinse with a dish cloth, and buff to a shine with a dry dish towel. I've used this method with 3 different stove tops without scratches.
I clean my stove as soon as the top cools. I clean it with a wet, wrung out microfiber cloth. If something is really stuck, then I use a little Bartenders Friend with the microfiber. You can carefully use a razor scraper for something that is really stuck on. Go over it with a clean, dry microfiber cloth to shine it. Residue is what makes it look dull.
I use a baking soda and water paste and scrub in a circular motion. Seems to work well. Then I clean well with water and buff as it dries.
