Wash, prime and paint just as you would do any other paint project.
Not familiar with mobile homes, but I would ask a pro at a stand alone paint store what they recommend.
There is some paint that has primer in it or just do 2 coats
I would use a separate primer and then use regular wall paint in any finish. I prefer satin or eggshell.
