How do I winter potted plants?
I am not a gardener but I have some plants in pots on my patio that need to be wintered. I don’t have a garage and my basement has heat. WhAt can I do with the bulbs and planters to see that they are dormant long enough? Keep in mind that I am basically a lazy gardener

Hi Peg, you should be able to find a corner in your basement that is maybe a bit drafty, but the main idea is to keep them from freezing, if they are showy enough, put them in your living room, and enjoy them through the winter! I often do this with pond plants!
