There are tons of good videos on YouTube for this.
Hi, Chr27380792!
My dad built a really cool one using a propane fire ring from Camping World that sits on inexpensive cement blocks with concrete pavers on top. It is really, really cool. He also hides his propane tank in a mini galvanized garbage can. The concrete pavers can be stained for a colorful accent. I hope this helps!

Check first with your town office or municipality to see what the by-laws may be regarding fire pits on your property. More areas are no longer permitting any styles at all due to fire concerns.
This is just the kind of project I go to instructibles.com for when I'm looking to build something like that: https://www.instructables.com/id/Propane-Fire-Pit/ They have several on their site but this one impressed me the most. (I highly doubt you would need a permit in any way for something like that.)
