Hi Andrea, Lows or Home Depot have the backsplash that looks exactly like antique tin that's easy to put up. After that I would check with your salvage depots, thrift stores, craigs list, if you're looking for the real deal.
Hard to keep clean.
If your looking for the real antique stuff, I would look for an architectural recycler where they sell old housing stuff they rip out of houses when their remodeled or torn down. Look in the yellow pages, and I would visit Habitat for Humanity Restore too as they get some weird stuff. Remember if its authentic and its been painted, that could be lead paint.
Lowes also carriers some real good replicas.... https://www.lowes.com/search?searchTerm=metal+ceiling+tin+backsplash
