Since I don't know what type of jewelry heart you want, I would suggest searching for jewelry hearts, click on Images, find one you like, and see if you can make it yourself. If you don't know how to do the technique needed, that should be easy to find on YouTube. That is how I learned to make jewelry. The first few may not be JUST what you want but then you are learning something new. Just practice a bit more.
Making it yourself is SO empowering.

Glue, sew or pin on a piece of fabric that you can wrap around a heavy piece of cardboard the size of a ready made frame. Then frame it.
