How do I clean greasy ceilings and cabinets?
Recently a tenant moved out they never clean the ceiling its greasy as well as all the cabinets in the kitchen what type of cleanser can be used without breaking the bank. Cabinets are solid oak wood. Thank you

TSP is a very good cleaner. Available at the big box stores. Also, a scrub brush and dish detergent on the cabinets. Then restain them with matching stain. Works very well, just lots of elbow grease.
I use original concentrated Krud Kutter. Spay it on. Let it set a minute wipe off. Then take a damp microfiber cloth and wipe again. Then I took furniture restore and went over them. 20 year old cabinets look new. I used it on my 40 year old rock maple furniture. Took off layers of polish. Applied furniture restore. Looks fantastic. No elbow grease scrubbing.
