How can I make a boot case/rack?

I have 62 pair of boots and I'm going crazy trying to store them. I have some boots that are foldable and shoe (12 spaces) box for them. However, i don't know how to get my cowboy boots outta my way. I have boot hangers but where do I hang my clothes.Thank you,Anita

What about the clear under bed boxes? They could hold several pairs laying flat and they would stay dust free and clear up closet space
Have you thought about storing them in a chest or ottoman with a lid. I am thinking one of those leather chests that you can sit on.
