How can I repair broken cinder blocks at the base of garage wall?
The blocks are at the bottom of the garage wall. I found the problem from the inside. How to fix this problem?

There are epoxy products for concrete in caulk tubes that will work. Home Depot has 14 different kinds & I’d read their labels for the right products.
The bigger question is, Why did they break? If the garage is settling, Why?
You might want a pro to look at it. If it's load bearing you want to make sure it's repaired correctly and safe.
