You are looking at a complicated if possible at all project. Once the initial finish is worn down you can try dyeing it which I would never try myself. If you want a pro to do it, you are asking for major money. I have a dark brown leather chair that hubby with OCD wore down to a tear. Being that it was a small area, I bought some dark brown duct tape and just patched the area. I felt the only option was buying another chair. Just sharing my experience and research.

How worn-out is it?
I would use a leather treatment cream that has lanolin in it.
The cream sofa had lost its cream colour in patches , so it looks dirty almost.
