Damaged or broken fuses (or do you mean breakers?) is a sign of dangerous electrical surges.
What is happening that’s breaking the fuses? Do not put in a bigger amperage fuse to “fix” the problem, as that could cause an electrical fire.
Some electrical panels (the entire thing) are on a Remove & Replace List as they fail catastrophically.
“Google” your panel brand & model # and see if it’s your entire panel that’s failing.
I would get an electrician involved after you do some research.
This is for your safety, as Insurance May not cover those black-listed electrical panels, if you have an electrical fire!
What is the problem with them? Pictures would help.
When in doubt, contact an electrical contractor. DIY electrical repairs can be very dangerous.
