How can I add privacy to French doors?
My French doors are in Den & lead out to a screened-in porch. I have verticals, but think that’s dumb on these doors. I’m thinking either drapes ( I have sheers) (2) shades on glass or (2) mini blinds on glass for privacy. Or has Anyone just use a frosted film?

I use window film very effectively. It really does give you privacy but lets in light.
Hi Joanne,
I use window film like Cynthia. There are a LOT of different designs on Amazon. They all do say something about "not for privacy", but I think they are just covering themselves. From the outside at night, someone might see a shadow, but it gives us plenty of privacy and I think it would work for your application too. Some of the home big box store have them as well, but there is a larger choice on Amazon. I'd check your local Lowes, Home Depot or Menard's type store online and compare it to Amazon. There are a lot more choices than just frosted. I hope you'll find one that you love. Wishing you the best.
The best option depends a lot on how often you would open/close blinds and/or curtains. Do your french doors have grids? If so, doing the film is going to be a pain. If not, it could be a good solution. I've only used it on a bathroom window, but it was easy and looked great!
