DIY Barn Door Tutorial
Lay the boards all the same length side by size and nail a board across close to the top and one near the bottom and a diagonal one to join them, to form a "Z". Or you can use an "X" pattern across the middle from top board to bottom board...i.e. add another diagonal to the "Z" pattern to make an X. Hope this helps. Then put on the hinges or rollers at the top
