You can try two methods - both should work well: first, scrape the tiles with a very sharp scraper. Second, use a Heavy Duty Mr. Clean Magic Eraser.
Vinegar kills mildew as does bleach. For the nontoxic fix I prefer vinegar or Simple Green which is not nearly as toxic as most cleaners.
No eraser, will dull tiles. Soft scrub without bleach works, use a sponge. . I prefer original concentrated Krud Kutter. After shower, leave curtain open till walls dry. Should help.prevent mildew.
Bleach will clean the mildew. Vinegar will kill spores. Clean with bleach first. Rinse well. Then scrub with vinegar. Rinse well. Do not mix bleach and vinergar together. The fumes are harmful.
