KMS Woodworks on Jul 07, 2012a lot of time this is due to the shutter loosening up at the rail / style connection. a small screw set in each corner pulls the rail back in.Helpful Reply

Kat =^.^= on Oct 11, 2013The people that made your shutters should have given you a :"key" that fits inside a small hole to adjust, tighten or loosen them up. it looks simular to a fireplace gas key, hope this helps :)Helpful Reply

Brr! Drafty windows- how to cut the draft?
