Builder grade laminate bathroom vanity...any way to makeover ?
Re-do a builder grade European cabinet laminate bathroom vanity? Ugh...short of replacing...
Remove doors, drawers and hardware. Clean with TSP, sand off sheen. Prime with oil based primer. Lightly sand with 220 grit to smooth. Paint 2 coats of oil based paint.

Use a chalk based or mineral based paint. I would go with Dixie Belle because it is the most affordable. :) No sanding or priming required. :)

I would skip the chalk paint, it's not as much of a miracle as its made out to be. I used a kit by Rust-Oleum called Cabinet Transformations to paint my kitchen cabinets but they have a vanity kit too. You can see how I did it here: https://www.flippingtheflip.com/2015/09/kitchen-cabinets-black.html
