It depends on where you want it. You can get a kit for a corner base cabinet and follow instructions. However, we bought small lazy Susans that fit inside upper cabinets and just sit on the shelf.

You could just set it in the cabinet if it fits. It will sit still and balanced as long as you don't put a 5 lb bag of flour on it, for example, I know you won't. There are various sizes of lazy susan bases, so hopefully you can find one to fit your cabinet. Most corner cabinets will hold the larger ones where a spice cabinet may need the smallest size.
