Can you physically move them to a shed?
Concrete and terra cotta should be fine outside in the freeze-thaw conditions unless they’re cracked or other porous condition.
If they’ve been previously painted, then they should be painted with “like” paint. If that paint is in bad condition, then they may need to be stripped with paint stripper or at a minimum sanded outdoors, wearing PPE.
I would use an oil-based exterior house paint, with an alkyd primer, if starting over on painting.
My concrete angel is too heavy to move, so I just brush her off in the winter.

The boxes have been broken down, so first I have to take the bottoms together again .. Having all the same kind of boxes makes stacking them one on top of the other a real space saver..
