Hi Jennifer, we have a little house down at the coast and it's really humid. We use clean silicone cat litter in the cupboards to absorb the moisture before it becomes moldy.
You must live in a humid climate. Chances are you need a dehumidifier. Vinegar kills mold, but not appropriate for all surfaces. Can you provide more info as to where you have discovered mold?
