If you have a tub but no shower, you can buy the hand held shower hose and nozzles they make for tubs. We added one to our guest bath tub and it comes with a hook to hang it up also, so you don't have to hold it to shower if you do not want to hold it.

I appreciate your response. As I was not clear on my first question you did not have all the information. Problem is there is no hot water, drain or tub. There is a pedestal sink in the bathroom. It is a makeshift temporary need while waiting to transition to a new home. Thank you for your ideas, many blessings🧚♀️
No hot water would be hard to shower in. I think I would heat water, pour it in the sink and take a "sponge" bath.
