You can use metal banding designed for holding duct work. It's adjustable to the size you want. That will band around the jar. Then add wire to hang them.
Frankie...I wrapped wire around the mouth and twisted closed then added slipped another wire from side to side twisting it closed so it could be hung on isle for wedding. Hope this helps!
