How can I incorporate grey with a beige tile floor and counters?
All the walls in my house and grey and accented with navy blue and aqua. Except the kitchen. It has beige tile floors and beige countertops. The cabinets are a darker wood with very orange undertones. The wood is all through the house in trim and beams. The living room, kitchen/dining, and playroom are all open. How do I take the grey I love into the beige kitchen? Right now I have SW watery walls and dark grey rugs. I'm changing the rugs because they just look filthy and I can't get them clean ( 3 kids and usually another 3 neighbor kids over all the time). The curtains are currently navy and white stripes, but I'm changing them too. I just cannot find a grey or greige that looks good with the counters and walls. My husband is open to changing the counters, but not the floor and he's open to painting the cabinets grey. but no other color. He won't budge on that. How do I make grey work with all the beige? I really don't want to make the rest of the house beige because it was beige and I hated it and repainted everything else grey. Which looks really nice except for the kitchen

Some grays have more of a beige cast (greige) and I know for sure that you will find one that works! I painted my cabinets with SW Requisite Gray which definitely has a beige cast to it. (Now I am going to find a darker more true gray color because I need a change) I do LOVE my gray cabinets.
Here's some Behr paint colors too that may help you out!
You could make it work if you tie the two colors together in the decor, or trim, or cabinet doors or somewhere to meld the two as being shared in the room on one object (like the door, or trim etc)
