Hi Angie. I'm not sure which project you're talking about. But I can tell you how to find old projects. If you click on the little blue house at the top of this page, left-hand corner, you will see old projects. If you don't find the project that you're looking for, you can use the search bar. There's more past projects under "Explore Projects".
Another option is to click on the magnifying glass at the top of the page. Use key words like sock and see to look for the project. The search will give you the video option.

You could just use shirring elastic and weave that in and out around the top using a darning needle.
