I have tried pressure cleaning it but it comes back worse
If possible, remove the trees surrounding the area. If the area gets more sunlight, less mold will grow. There are also chemicals you can put in a pressure washer to help with mold, but I haven't noticed that they work any better than water. We usually just pressure wash once a year.

Plain old white vinegar. Vinegar kills mold spores. Apply liberally. And very inexpensive.
