You can paint a mobile home the same as you would a framed home. Make sure there is no wall paper or remove the wall paper, use primer, then paint how you like. We used Kilz aroma free primer on ours.
Same way you’d paint the interior of a house. Get paint, rollers, paint trays and liners, a good trim brush, some plastic containers, painters tape and drop cloth. Remove outlet and light switch covers.You’ll have a lot of work but a fresh nice space will be worth it.
