I don't know of a specific kit, but you can find something comparable at craft, art, hobby and home improvement stores. Take a good photo and ask the sales staff to help you find exactly what you need.
Don't know of any kits. Just basic supplies. Sandpaper, paint brushes, primer, and paint.

Rather than a kit, decide what supplies you need and purchase individually.
About the only paint kit I can think of would be Rustoleum's tub and tile kit. It would certainly work on just about any surface.
