Murphy’s oil soap works well. May take a few attempts. Do not try to remove all at one time. Once paint is out treat with dawn or spot remover and wash. This step will remove the oil from the Murphy’s oil soap.
You will need 91% rubbing alcohol and an old toothbrush. Pour the rubbing alcohol and scrub with the toothbrush. And scrub, scrub, scrub. Flip the garment over and pour the alcohol on the back side and scrub, scrub, scrub. If there is any paint still present, pour Blue Dawn dish soap (has to be blue Dawn) on the stain and, you guessed it, scrub, scrub, scrub. Then wash the garment as you normally would. I know this is tedious, but it worked for me.
Another vote for rubbing alcohol. It even works on carpet.
Thank you lady's.
