Try rubbing the lipstick stain with a piece of white bread, working from the outside, in. Another idea is cover it with talcum powder and let it sit for a few minutes. Put clear tape over it and lift the powder and (hopefully) the stain. You may have to repeat this process. If those don't work, take to to a dry cleaner.

Tip:Stain Removing Tricks That Really Work
Try Espro Sports Cleaner. I used this to get crayon out of an entire load of clothes that had been washed and dried. I used a small toothbrush to work the cleaner in and then rewashed the items. You could probably spot wash the area with the lipstick. I would try it on a section of the coat on the inside first to make sure it won't damage the fabric on your coat. I have used this cleaner on many stains and it always works. Available at Walmart or online.
There is a FABULOUS product I get off Amazon called Amodex non-toxic ink and stain remover... it’s eco-friendly... and it will get it off. It even removes Sharpie! It’s safe for use on wool.
I certainly hope not... if it doesn’t get it off the first time, simply keep applying until you get it off completely. Sometimes it can take more than one try! Lipstick 💄 is a tough one... but I’m cheering for you!!!
