How do I clean a white chemical stain out of my tile floor?
There are white droplets stains on my tile floor. Like something chemical etched the color out of my tile. I mop over it, it comes back.

Contact the company, have all the info ready for them. It maybe a natural occurrence in the type of tile you have. At least they can guide you.
Is the white stain kinda powdery? if so, thats efflorescence from minerals in the grout or tile mastic. I would not use water, try brushing it off, or use a mild acid like vinegar to remove it. Then seal your grout to prevent it coming back. Keep the mop, well wrung out to prevent excess water from causing this problem.
