First step would be to replace the batteries. Make sure you replace with rechargeable batteries. The solar panels charge the batteries. Cleaning the solar panels would be next.

Hi Diane, this is Peggy. Solar lights recharge with batteries inside. Check the batteries and hope they will be good as new. Also be sure to clean the tops where they recharge.
Did you check the batteries ? You need solar batteries to replace them ☺
Yes batteried checked. There wad a video on here before regarding fixing the top but i can't find it. You refo the tops ver lightly with ????? Shellac, polyurethane????? I know it wasn't those but can't remember. Thanks for your help though
