Try a 50/50 mixture of vinegar and water in a spray bottle. Scrub with fine steel wool.
Aluminum and some stainless steel can look discolored after being washed in a dishwasher. Boil enough water to cover the cookware. Add 3 Tablespoons of vinegar, lemon juice, or cream of tartar powder to each quart of water (3/4 cup per gallon). Immerse and soak the cookware for at least 10 minutes. Remove the cookware from the water and use fine steel wool to scour the piece, removing the layer of minerals from the surface. When the discoloration is removed rinse well and dry with a towel so no moisture remains. It is always safer to hand wash aluminum.
